Positive: Absolutely amazing stay! 🌟 Briar went above and beyond — we had to make last-minute changes, and he accommodated everything with no fuss. He keeps the property spotless, even cleaning the pool during stormy weather so guests can enjoy a swim without all the leaves! Loved the little touches — lemon and orange trees for guests to pick from 🍋🍊, parking right outside the room, and a super handy location. Just a short walk to the showgrounds, local farm market, and the A&P Show was on this weekend too! There’s also a dairy next door, local bar, restaurant, and fish ’n chip shop only a couple of minutes away. The room was clean and tidy with handy kitchen facilities, including a small portable oven and stovetop. Briar was friendly, welcoming, and clearly values his guests. He even let us take some oranges before we left — they were delicious! 🍊 Would definitely stay again. Highly recommend! 👏

Positive: It had been beautifully refurbished. Good bed, handy to town.
Negative: The stairs, a constant clicking / dripping, altho the room was redecorated it still had an old damp smell,the outside light on until 11 pm , dark grey towels never look fresh and clean.
Summary: Comfortable and fine cause we only were there at night to sleep in it
